How do you ship Arete' Art Photographic Prints to me?

Framed and non-framed photographic art prints are normally shipped to your home or business via insured, 5-day FedEx courier ground service. All art prints are packaged using custom boxes, print envelopes and padded packing materials to protect prints and frames during shipping to your address.

 

Can I get Faster Shipping on my Fine Art Photograph Prints?

If you want an art print order delivered faster, please email us with your order's basic details, including the sizes and numbers of matted only vs framed art prints, along with your zip code for a shipping quote. For larger photographic prints, faster shipping can be pricey.

Please note that: a faster shipping service will not decrease the amount of time it takes to create your order's art prints and frames.

 
 
International Orders

Due to the variablility of each countries shipping and importation costs, international orders can only be done through a special order process and not througn the normal shopping cart checkout.

Additional shipping and import tax charges apply to all international orders and these can be significant, especially for the larger art print sizes. Shipping smaller prints to Canada or the option for Arete' Art to send you just the prints in heavy duty shipping tubes greatly decreases shipping and import tax costs. Please email us with a list of prints and sizes along with your country, city and postal code and we will reply back with a delivered total amount.

What if my Art Print Order Arrives Damaged or is Incorrect?

This very rarely happens, but, if your art prints are damaged in shipment or incorrect, we will ship a replacement to you at absolutely no charge. You must notify Arete Art as soon as possible and within 7 days of shipment receipt for any damage claims. Arete' Art will arrange for damage inspection and an insurance claim. Please contact us at: customerservice@areteart.com or call us at: 480-517-4977 (Monday to Friday 10:00am-5:30pm, Central Time). and we will be happy to assist you.

We are confident you will be completely happy with the quality of our photographic art prints so we offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

  • You can return your framed or non-framed art print, within 30 days of purchase
  • You will receive a refund for the purchase price of your art print(s)
  • Send an email or call Arete Art customer service at 480-517-4977 (Monday through Friday 10:00am to 5:30pm, Central Time) for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and packing instructions.
  • You need to return the art print(s) in original condition.
  • You need to use the original packing materials and write the RMA number on the return label.
  • Our money-back guarantee covers the full purchase price for your art prints but does not include any additional shipping costs.
